The VHSG Volunteer Admin Team / Board has made the very difficult decision to close down our group after the 2025-26 school year ending May 30, 2026.
VHSG (Virtual Homeschool Group) is closing after live classes complete this month.
Unfortunately, we have not had enough donations and volunteers to keep our group sustainable in the last couple of years.Thank you so much to our wonderful volunteers throughout the years that have made our co-op such a wonderful group!
LAST DATE TO ACCESS GRADES - MAY 30, 2026
Our old server expires on May 30, so you must sign in PRIOR to that date to get any grades you may have for classes with online grading.Science classes will not be able to be worked on after May 30 in the online format and many of the resources in all of the classes link to that old server and will no longer be available.

Do not wait until the last minute or they will be gone.We will not be able to access anything after the server expires.
You should be able to request a password reset on the sites if you can’t remember your passwords.If you have trouble accessing them, please email support@virtualhomeschoolgroup.org NOW to request help finding your account to get grades.

(The Volunteer Admin Team will have very limited computer access May 29-31, so you may be out of luck if you don’t contact us NOW.The old 2020-2024 sites will totally disappear after May 30.The new site will have the shell until the end of the year, but many of the graphics and class resources linked to the old server and will not work after May 30.)
DONATION STATUS
We have struggled to get enough donations to cover our expenses in the last few years.To get everything covered to keep things open through May 30, we needed a personal loan from the volunteer admin team.
As of May 25, we still have just over $9,000.00 in costs that have not been reimbursed to this loan.
We do not expect we will get this fully covered.If you have taken classes in the last few years and feel led to contribute to minimizing the amount left, it would be greatly appreciated.
If you currently have a recurring donation set up, you should be able to stop that yourself in Paypal or Stripe at whatever point you wish to discontinue it. You should be able to search for instructions to pause it under subscriptions or something similar in the account.
If you need assistance cancelling it, please email support@virtualhomeschoolgroup.org and we can help you do that at whatever point you choose to.
